SoloTime – Privacy Policy

SoloTime respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is stored when you use the SoloTime mobile application (“the App”).
1. Information You Provide
SoloTime allows you to enter information such as:
Business details
Client details
Project, time tracking, invoice, quote, expense, and material data
Notes and attachments (such as logos or images)
This information is provided entirely by you and is used solely to deliver the App’s functionality.
2. Data Storage & iCloud Sync
Your data is stored locally on your device.
If you are signed into an iCloud account and have iCloud enabled, your data is also stored securely in Apple iCloud and synchronised between your devices (such as iPhone, iPad, and Mac).
SoloTime does not have access to your iCloud credentials
Apple manages all authentication and encryption
Data is protected according to Apple’s iCloud security and privacy standards
3. Analytics
SoloTime collects basic, anonymous usage analytics to help improve the app.
This includes:
App launches
Feature usage events
Analytics are collected using TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service.
No personally identifiable information is collected
No user profiles are created
No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes

4. Purchases & Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription or make an in-app purchase:
Payments are processed by Apple via the App Store
SoloTime does not receive your payment details
Apple may provide us with anonymous subscription status information to unlock features
5. Data Sharing
SoloTime does not:
Sell your data
Share your data with advertisers
Track you across apps or websites
Your data is only shared with:
Apple (for iCloud sync and App Store services)
TelemetryDeck (anonymous analytics only)
6. Data Retention
Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account until you:
Delete it yourself
Delete the app
Disable iCloud sync
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to:
Access your data
Correct your data
Delete your data
Export your data (where supported by the App)
Most of these actions can be performed directly within the App.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
Any changes will be published with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
